The proposal comes forward in response to Colchester’s need for new homes, and the site received a draft allocation for new homes in Colchester City Council’s Emerging Local Plan.
Bellway are currently in the design stages of preparing a full planning application and would like to receive comments from the local community to help inform the final proposal before it is submitted to Colchester City Council this summer
